Keep your teeth and gums healthy for life.
The best way to avoid invasive and expensive dental procedures is to come in regularly for dental cleanings. You should visit at least every 6 months to be sure you’re keeping your oral health at its best.
Brushing and flossing at home help clean the plaque from your teeth, but not all the build-up can be removed at home. Our office schedules a minimum of 1 hour for our adult hygiene patients to ensure a thorough cleaning of your teeth and gums and examination by the doctor.
We’ll help with the proper way to brush and floss at home.
- Brush your teeth at least twice a day. Be sure to use toothpaste that contains fluoride.
- Floss daily.
- Use a mouthwash to help control plaque bacteria. This will also help to keep your breath fresh.
